So I recently reviewed this item and mentioned it broke the same day I used it. The seller contacted me and refunded my money. But I was stuck trying to find good quality swatters! Then today these arrived! The old swatters wasn’t that great but the wonderful customer service makes up for it. I’m so glad they listened to my complaints and made up for the faulty ones. Thank you again!! The pastel colors are very pretty and long enough for my short arms and very durable. The extendable ones can be very long to reach but don’t swat too hard, a little slap will do 😉
